Built by people who have carried the pager
Decades inside service providers, time in the CIO's chair, and a stretch building AI native platforms, turned into the assurance partner we wanted and could not find.
Why this exists
Every service provider and internal IT team we have worked inside had the same gap. Cost, security and governance were visible in separate places, but turning them into one defensible view needed specialist time the business could rarely justify carrying full time. So the question got answered badly, or late, or it quietly stopped being asked.
Meanwhile the tooling multiplied. Each product watched one slice of the estate, none read the slices together, and every one still needed a person to decide what mattered. The gap was never data. It was independent judgment across the whole operating picture, at a price and cadence that made sense.
Optimizer365 is the trading name of Itenic Holding Pty Ltd, ABN 30 633 888 561. We work with Australian and New Zealand organisations first, because that is the market we understand.
Who is behind it
Founded by Nandan, who has run the service provider, sat in the CIO's chair, and now builds the platforms this shift runs on. He started Optimizer365 because the same question kept coming up in every business he worked in and there was never a good way to answer it.
The credentials that count are ISO/IEC 27001 certification and the Microsoft certifications held by the people who sign your findings. Both are in the footer of every page.
How we intend to behave, so you can tell when we slip
Ship nothing that is not real
If something is on the roadmap, the page says roadmap. If we have no customers to name, we do not run a wall of logos. Admitting something does not exist yet costs nothing and buys the one thing that cannot be manufactured.
Name the consequence before the feature
Say what happens and to whom, then support it with a number.
Stay independent
We sell assurance, architecture and the specialist work that can follow. No software licences and no referral fees, so there is nothing for us to steer a finding towards.
Correct things in public
When we get something wrong in a report, we say so in the next one with the correction dated. A series of reports is worth nothing if the earlier ones get quietly edited.
Powered by We power The CloudOps Collective
A community of practice for the people who run cloud operations, across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and Kubernetes. Optimizer365 built it and backs it.
The Collective is provider neutral by design, and it is being built to stand on its own commercially. Practitioners needed a room where the advice is not shaped by whoever pays for the room, so we made one and kept our hands off the editorial.
The fastest way to judge us is one environment
Start with an environment you know well and see whether our independent view across cost, security and governance tells you anything useful or new.
Read only access. Nothing installed. You can stop at the report.
