Cloud Maturity Index

A published benchmark showing how organisations across Australia and New Zealand compare across cost discipline, security posture and governance, the same three lenses used in CloudOps Assurance. The first edition is in preparation.

What the Cloud Maturity Index will measure

A single published benchmark, so an organisation can see where it actually sits.

  • Cost discipline. How much of an estate is on the right commitment, and how much waste sits unclaimed.
  • Licensing hygiene. Unused seats, overlapping products, and plans sized above the work.
  • Security posture. Standing privilege, access exceptions, and how far configuration has drifted.
  • Governance maturity. Whether anything is reviewed on a schedule, or only when something breaks.

Anonymised, aggregated, and published in full. Contributors get their own position against the benchmark before it goes out.
