Start with a free, read-only discovery

One environment, connected with read-only access, returns a prioritised view across cost, security and governance. The discovery step is free, and there is nothing to decline at the end.

Read-only access. Nothing installed. Free discovery for your first environment.

Five steps, and you can stop at any of them

We describe the access mechanism, because the only questions that matter are what we can see and what we can touch.

An environment being read, with findings and annual values appearing Findings AZURE + M365 Compute on demand rates Steady workloads, no commitment $27,400 a year Licences never signed into 61 seats idle for 90 days $32,760 a year Permanent admin roles Held always, not on request 6 of 9 risk Annualised $67,072

Consent goes through your provider, not through us

Authorisation runs through the provider's own consent process. We never ask for a password, never see one, and never store a credential. Consent can be withdrawn at any point without contacting us.

We read, and that is all we are able to do

Read only across directory, licensing, billing and resource configuration. Nothing installed, nothing modified. Every permission is named on the security page.

The platform proposes, an architect decides

Findings are produced across cost, licensing, infrastructure and posture at the same time, then checked and challenged before they reach you.

You get a report, not a login

Findings with a figure or a risk rating attached, ordered by impact, written for somebody who makes decisions. The read takes about two hours. The human review sets the delivery date.

It is yours from there

Rebrand it and take it onward as your own work. If you want help implementing it, our architects can do that. If not, the report is still yours and the conversation ends. Stopping is a normal outcome.

What the discovery report actually looks like

Every finding carries a figure or a risk rating, a named cause, and the action that closes it. Nothing in it needs a login to read.

  • A summary page readable in two minutes
  • Ordered by impact across consoles
  • Priced against what you actually pay
  • Posture mapped to Essential Eight, NIST, CIS and ISO 27001
  • A closing line stating what could not be measured

Where the free assessment stops

Being clear about the edges now is cheaper than disappointing you later.

One environment

The free discovery covers a single tenant or subscription. Work across a whole client base, deeper optimisation or recurring assurance is a separate conversation.

A point in time

It provides a point-in-time baseline. Drift starts again the following day, which is why the scheduled options exist.

Nothing gets fixed

The discovery finds and prioritises. Deeper optimisation, architecture or implementation is separate and optional. Nothing changes on its own.

One environment, about two hours of reading

Pick the one you already have a suspicion about. If the discovery finds nothing material, that is a useful answer too, and it has cost you nothing. If you continue into a paid optimisation assessment and we find no credible savings, we do not invoice that optimisation report.

Read only access. Nothing installed. You can stop at the report.
